Custom Logo Design
We will design you a custom logo which will be unique to you. We do not use templates, we design from scratch, unlike many cheaper ptions you may find on-line. We also transfer 100% copyright ownership to you which means that you can use it for any purpose you wish - you will never get charged a 'per usage' fee.

Concepts
This means that you will be supplied with various designs from which you can choose. If you do are unhappy in any way with the designs we will start again!

Revisions
Once you have chosen the design that you like, we can tweak it to your exact requirements.

Prints
Real printing - not laser copies!

WEB EXPLAINATIONS

How it works
You supply us with your company logo (unless we have designed it for you already), all of the text and photography that you would like to appear on your website. We then take this material and design you a website to your chosen specification.

Revision Sessions
This means that you can go back and correct any mistakes, add text or change photographs from the ones that you have supplied.

Optional Redraws
If you are not happy with the actual design that we have submitted for your website, we go back to the drawing board and take your comments on board.

Web Space
This determines how much data can appear on your website. 250 megabytes is enough for basic sites which contain text and pictures and perhaps small animations. 2-5 gigabytes is more suitable if you would like to have video and other media elemements for your site and also gives you plenty of room to expand your site in the future.

Domain Registration
This is what your internet address will be - for example: www.yourcompany.co.uk. We will find out if your company name is available and then register it for you. If you exact name is not available, we will give you a choice of alternatives that match as closely as possible.

Email Addresses
You can look much more professional with email addresses that match you company name rather than using Gmail and Hotmail accounts. Example: paul@yourcompany.co.uk. You can have seperate email addresses for different departments such as sales@yourcompnay.co.uk. We will also supply you with instructions on how to set up your email client or webmail client to collect you emails.

Site Hosting
This is your slice of cyberspace! Your website data needs an address, much like your house - just think of it as rent! We include a year on all of our web packages.

Keyword Tagging
This is essential if you want to stand any chance of the major search engines seeing your site and adding it to their listing. Keywords are basically words that describe your industry. Used in association with Description Tagging, it puts your website on a good foundation.

Description Tagging
Similar to Keywords, you can use description tagging to add phrases that search engines will use to search your site.

Web Site Optimisation
This is the holy grail of web design. When starting a site from scratch, we can implement certain types of programming that will give your site the very best chance of hitting the top 20 in search engines such as Google. There are restrictions of course - if your company sells shoes,there is very little chance of your site coming up in the top 20 if someone simply enters 'shoes' in to their search engine. However, if you were a shoe seller in Bedfordshire, then you would stand a better chance when someone searches for 'shoes in Bedfordshire'. When we optimise your site, we will agree 3 search terms that we will aim for to get you in the top 20. When we achieve that rating, you then pay the full optimisation fee. If it does not hit the top 20 - you don't pay! Now that really is a fantastic deal! Please note that search engines can take up to 8 weeks to register your site (that is not our fault!).
